Imagine safety, security, lighting control, energy management, and auxiliary system control integrated into one system for your home. That's the capability of the Smart Homes Plus Home Automation System. From the time you get up in the morning, the system will make adjustments to make your home a comfortable and safe place to live, based on what you want it to do. |

Energy Management |
| |
If you could only remember to adjust the thermostats before you leave, you could reduce some of those big heating and cooling bills. With the home automation system, you no longer have to worry about that, because thermostats are automatically adjusted when you arm/disarm the system. Complete temperature control, including automated heating and cooling is provided when using home automation thermostats. The system can also monitor the heating system with a freeze alarm notification capability. If your heater fails to work or pipes freeze while you are away, the system can call one of your pre-programmed numbers to alert you or the monitoring company. With home automation, you don't have to worry about your heating while being away in cold weather. |

Safety and Security |
| |
With the home automation system, your smoke detectors and heat sensors can be interfaced to the system and, in the event of a fire, can notify the fire department immediately. The system can also be programmed to flash the outside lights for easy identification by the fire department. In the event of a break-in, the home automation controller can be programmed to report the alarm to a security monitoring service company. The system can also automatically turn on lighting to ward off would-be intruders. The home automation controllers continually monitor each zone in order to detect potentially troublesome wiring and sensors. |

Lighting Control |
| |
Integration of lighting control is a snap with our home automation system. You'll never have to worry about your kids leaving the lights on after they've left the room, because your home automation system can be integrated with your motion sensors so the lights can be automatically turned off. The sophisticated design of the home automation system allows it to "know" what lights are on in the house and also enables you to turn them all off with one switch when you go to bed or arm the system. Each home automation controller supports an advanced lighting control system, which provides control of household lighting, auxiliary systems, outlets, and appliances for security and convenience. Modules provide numerous lighting conveniences, including dimming control, outlet control, security lighting, and allow you to create lighting scenes, which can provide a "lived-in" look while you are away or provide the perfect light levels for watching movies on the home theater system. The modules are renowned for their economy, dependability, and sound construction.

Auxiliary System Integration |
| |
Auxiliary systems, such as motorized window blinds, hot tubs, gas fireplaces, whole house fans, front gates, and irrigation systems can also be controlled by the Home Automation system. The system can be programmed so that the blinds shut automatically as the sun sets, while your lights turn on automatically for the evening setting. You can also call the system to turn on the hot tub so it is ready to go once you get home. |
| |
The power of integration - with the Smart Homes Plus Home Automation System the possibilities are endless. |
